This is a fresh, vibrant, Sweet and Sour hot sauce. With fermented yellow Habanero Peppers, (aka The Surinam Madame Jeanette) lots of Pineapple and chopped ginger. Simple, classic flavours that really shine! The 90 day brine ferment gives this sauce it's great popping, sour bite! Try it with rice, chicken, eggs, noodles, even works on a pizza (don't tell the Italians)
