The 3rd release in our Limited Edition Range is a collab project with Pickle & Peppers - a Belgian Hot Sauce company who stopped trading in Summer '25.
We always loved their hottest sauce, Sudorfic, meaning to sweat...
A classic, yet elegant fermented Hot Sauce - highlighting the Reaper Pepper flavour!
Together we created a hotter version of Sudorfic, by adding some Naga Morich (Ghost Pepper) and the Welsh Superhot Chili, Dragon's Breath
It's a cheeky little sauce.. Sweet, salty - then the heat really creeps in..
