The star of the this deliciously deadly sauce is home fermented Black Garlic. Produced and created in the Welsh Valleys of the UK. After a 14 day fermentation process, the garlic changes into a sweet, almost syrup like texture, with flavour hints of balsamic and soy sauce. This sauce will first tickle your taste buds with it's delicious sweet, deep, umami flavours - followed with it's HUGE blast of intense Reaper heat - not for the feint hearted, but oh so tasty..
